Yes. Using external services. I think phantom forces used to use amazon servers, until their game got leaked because of that. I would suggest google sheets. You can make macros on google sheets, which is javascript code that you can run with a web link, and make changes to the sheet. This will obviously need some javascript knowledge however. If not, there are plenty of paid services which will have SQL databases that you can use.
