How can I check a user's rank within a group if they're offline?

Essentially what I'm trying to do is be able to 'look up' players, and see what their rank within a certain group is. I'm not sure how to do this, as I'm unfamiliar with HttpService, and that seems to be what I'd need to use to accomplish this.
