How can I find the nearest torso after pressing a key?

I have no idea how to start with this. Now that forums are gone, this is really the only reliable source I have. So anyways, how can I find the nearest torso to a local player. Lets say you press a key, and than a script finds the nearest torso, and prints the player's or npc's name.
