How do I fix my copy and paste problem?

I have a problem with the copying and pasteing objects and models in roblox studio.

Here is the situation. When I cut out a block in the workspace and highlight a different block the block that I cut should have been transfered above the different block.

But when I play it suddenly re exsisted back to its original place. I then tried again, expecting a different result. I high lighted the different block and pressed Ctrl-v and the same thing happened.

Please help me out becuase this basically make anything that needs symmetry block placing incredibly hard. Not to mention that this makes the copy, cut, and paste tool absolutly useless.

Also sorry if this isn't mainly about scripting, but more to do with the problems with roblox studio
