Switching spawns won't work?

I am trying to make an obby, and the first place where you spawn at is Neutral. Then when you complete a stage and move on the other spawn (Which has TeamChangeOnTouch thing) and you reset, you spawn there only half the time, why don't you always spawn there? Need help.
