how do i remove the arms motors for the tools?

i want the motors to be removed from the arm, but still arm works, like for sniper animation, positioning the gun doesnt work because of the motors, so i need help how to i remove the motors from the arms to make the gun holdless, but works like on CBRO or any fps game
