How Do You Make A Wave System That Gets Harder Every Wave?

So, I Am Looking Forward To Make Some Kind Of Survival Game, And i Need Just ONE Question (Probably More In The Future) And This "One Question" Is: How Do We Make A Wave System? So Each Wave, The Enemy Increases And It Gets Harder And Every 10 Waves, There Is Gonna Be A Boss?
