Is there a way to by default turn on shift camera lock when a player joins the game?[Solved]

Roblox has this built in camera mode called Shift camera lock, I was wondering if there is any way you could turn that on for every player that joins automatically? I know its a short question but I always have trouble with camera manipulation in Roblox it always ends up bugging out so if anyone could help that would be great :)
