Puts player on a team but makes them spawn at the neutral spawn?

I have two teams - Red and Blue. Each has individual spawns that when you enter the game, it spawns you on the spawn that corresponds. How would I make it so the game still automatically puts a player on the red or blue team but makes them spawn in the lobby which has a neutral spawn?

edit - I want them to spawn in the lobby in the intermission, so basically, intermission is about 1:30 and game time is about 5:00 so i would probably make them spawn at the neutral spawn every 6:30 just so you know what id like.
