Tools won't work - is this due to a setting?

So basically no tools are working. In studio they work, but in servers they cannot be picked up, and if added through other means they have no function. Does anyone know why this is?

I've tried a variety of different public tools by different creators, none of them work either

Hey there, I'm new enough here, but I think it's to due with Filtering Enabled. It's a new feature that came in and broke a lot of old tools. Try some more recently developed tools and they may work I think!
