ExtraDataInitializer: How do I use the tags feature at the bottom of the script?

It looks like that I am able to set colors for different chat tags, for example the tag [Owner] can be a golden color.

I watched this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kzlOZMO7P4U on how to create separate chat tags, but the problem is they were attached to the username string, so it couldn't be it's own color.

If I can make separate chat tags their own color, how would I do this?
