How could I make a plugin that operates on multiple programming languages?

So evaera has created a plugin called RbxSync. If you notice the plugin is made up of not only lua, but MoonScript (a lua alternative),CoffeeScript(a java alternative), CSS, and HTML. I'd like to know how I could design a plugin that could support multiple programming languages, if its possible. Just wondering. Thanks in advance!
