I dont know how to script and need help with a growing and shrinking script can you help?

So i'm making a new game and i'm a very basic scripter. I need a script that creates two screen buttons "Grow" and "Shrink". The point would be to scale a character to a spacific size. A couple of spacific things is that the player cant grow if he/she is normal size. The only things he/she can do is shrink to a smaller size. I only want two sizes. If you are growing then you grow to normal size and if you are shrinking you can only shrink to one size. The smaller size is a bit tricky. The size I want is if you were to copy and paste your character into the game and put the move number on 1 stud then scaled it down as far as you could then you would put the move number(option under rotate) on .40 and scaled it up 1. I know its cofusing but i could really use some help, and I have no problem giving you credit in the game I think it will be very popular hopefully. Thanks for helping.
