it quite bugs me that I really want to no how to script and make a game but when I watch a video I just don't understand.
To learn scripting you must go beyond YouTube and explore, such as this website, you can ask questions for help, or help another player. Use free model scripts so you can read them and understand them. And last of all, if you watch YouTube, and want to understand it, you have to test it; whenever you watch a tutorial, to learn from it it, go to test it on ROBLOX Studio.
Here are some better Tutorials that i used to understand scripting: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NSQQ9ZchtzE and if u understand some of it u can watch these too : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0LiaEDui2vE https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dqyJk0w2AY0 ( this one wont work right the platform will fall down if u walk on it) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8ejtpQAYfpk https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=khn6kcU55oM And if you understand it then u could watch this too: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dWisUXms3Sw&list=PLuEQ5BB-Z1PJ4JIDXpttxuvCzJMeIqzMi (its a playlist full of tutorials) if ur done u could watch other RobloxScripting tutorialchannels like: AlvinBLOX = https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCp1R0TBvgM7gj0rwTYULmSA or other channels . If u want to learn how to make Guis u can look tutorials on youtube like : https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCp1R0TBvgM7gj0rwTYULmSA And there are Plugins too. U can make with them Guis more easily or other stuff with it like Rotating material ,reflect, making ropes , and u can make Things like Unions Tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dY1uB3sr-XA If u want a special color on the bricks u cut or do something first color the brick before u negate it. Or if you didnt learn anything u could use Wiki or other websites. And u can ask on our Website for help. And on Wiki : https://scriptinghelpers.org/guides/lua-quick-start-guide
