Why are Simulation features broken ?

Hi, I'm currently struggling to develop because my Studio is kind of broken, whenever I try any mode of simulation (Play / Play here / Run), the CoreGui seems to be broken and my character won't respond to my keyboard inputs ( doesn't move), here's what output is displaying

I have also noticed that in my Plugins tab, the buttons were replicated thus giving me twice same plugins.
