how to upload images without making a decal, just using your images in my folder?

Asked by 10 years ago

I need to know if there is another way, I always have to wait a day to start using the image and I have a big delay in my progress of work.

Note that when you upload a decal, it will be available for you alone during the review process. This means that while the images are being reviewed, you can still view them and develop your game unimpeded. Just remember to be signed in to ROBLOX Studio, and it'll work. User#11893 186 — 10y

Using the rbxasset:// protocol, you can reference materials inside of the content folder in your User/AppData/local/ROBLOX/version<>/content folder.

Some ROBLOX tools and things use this which you can use as examples.

(These obviously are only available locally)

I don't think it's really possible, otherwise you'd see loads of inappropriate images on Roblox.
