How can I create a tycoon game that involves ghost images and free building?
Evening all!
I've been creating a tycoon game for the past couple of days, making different things for the player to do. Before I start creating it with the kit, it came to my mind that it is possible for players to customize their tycoon in games such as Theme Park Tycoon, I believe Arcade Tycoon and some others.
I've been thinking of ways to do this, but I still have not came to a conclusion.
Summary: ****How can I create a game similar to Theme Park Tycoon that allows players to build using a menu that creates a ghost image when hovered over?****

Theme Park Tycoon was not created using a kit, but rather lots of scripting. chess123mate 5873 — 7y

@chess123mate I was wondering if there was a special technique to this. For example if there was just a simple way that I had not thought of. UPDATE: I just came up with the thought that I can probably just have a transparent version of a structure teleported to where ever the cursor is over. Not sure on how to close this question but well its answered Tritous 0 — 7y
