How can I attach two bezier curves?

I recently learned how to create Bezier Curves, but I wanted to know how I can attach two curves without staying with a straight line between the two

I want to learn this just for fun, please just an explanation because I did not understand very well in the wikipedia page : http://wiki.roblox.com/index.php?title=B%C3%A9zier_curves
