How do I return a players graphics level / access RenderSettings?

I'm aware that it uses http://wiki.roblox.com/index.php?title=API:Class/RenderSettings, how exactly can I access RenderSettings though?

Call settings() on the client, and it has a Rendering property. There you can access all of RenderSettings properties.
