Can others use my animations in their games?

Asked by 7 years ago

Hi I have a friend who was trying to use my animations but they would not work in his game (when played multiplayer). I tried the same animations but on my account and it worked, so I was wondering if he needed to be the owner or if he needed to take one of my animations (which I can't seem to do). Thanks for your help

I have had the same problem. It is a problem with how studio tests and how the actual game runs. I tried with a seat that worked fine in test, but in game the animation was all messed up. This can sometimes be a problem with the parent of the animation or the way it is called by. If you could be more specific on what he is trying to do to get it to work, that would be very helpful.

You can only use your own animations only in your own places. For now, you can't share your animations but I'm pretty sure Roblox is going to change that soon.
