I opened script and it was there even though I never typed it. How do you delete it and what does it mean?

It means that it's gonna appear Hello World in the output. Are you a begginer? Because for a advanced developer, ask what's

print("Hello World")

is the same as how do i walk in ROBLOX?

Much irony
