Should I play music in Workspace or Soundscape?
I don't really know what the benefits of Soundscape are, but one of the things I don't like about playing in Workspace is that new players can't hear it.
Does using Soundscape fix this issue?

I'm not sure you can even play sounds in SoundScape. That service is simply for properties such as Reverb. Workspace is fine. I am not sure why you think new players don't hear sounds because it works fine for me.
