How do I change the name of this head?
Okay, I used the "specialmesh" for a head, and above it shows a health bar and the words "Workspace." I either want to change the words "Workspace" to something else or get rid of the health bar all together.

You should insert the head into a model. The BillboardGui above the head is whatever model the head is in.

Put the head in a model, name the model to what you want the head's name to be.
You also need the humanoid in there
