How can I make an admin/owner name tag in chat?

How can i make an admin/owner name tag next to my username when I type in chat.

I have been looking everywhere for this but I can't seem to find help. When I look it up it always comes up with something else.

Please help me. Thank you.

For example: [Owner][PvPNinjaDragon]: Hello I am the owner.
