How do I get a generate a link for a game?

I am trying to make a script be able to know the link for the game it is in, but I am not sure really how. I know you can get the place ID but that isn't going to be able to make a link out of it. There is the name of the place before the place ID in the URL and I need a way to get the game link or at least that place name in the URl. Thanks.
