Is there a way to use Animations without Uploading them???

So i use the Animation Editor Plugin for all my Animations like everyone else, but for some reason it is really slow and irritating to upload Animations, and for some reason Studio even crashes when i try to upload...anyway i have a lot of short little Animations and it would save a lot of time if there was a way to use them without Uploading them to the website, so my Question is can you do it?
