How Do I Include Terrain Parts in My Models?

I would like to do this because I am making a map that needs terrain water for another person[example]. But, my only thought is to select the Terrain property in workspace and publish that. But when I insert the model into a new place, the water doesn't go in, but only the parts do. How can I go about doing this?
