Need Help Making A If Statement For Practice Script?

I am trying to make a practice script so i can learn how to use this same function for another game but for now i need to learn how to do it. What i am trying to do, is make a if statement that will tell the game that when a player sits in a "Seat" it will make a certain thing happen but i do not know what i would put to make this happen help please?
