What would be the best way to smoothly animate quick actions?

So im trying to smoothly animate some quick movements. Im using welds and that's what im stuck using, I can't use roblox editor or spring solver. Im using a tween editor to edit the animations with ease filters.

My biggest issue is creating a recoil animation, or at least how would i go about doing so, in a detailed, realistic way.
