How do you make a character join morph?

how do you make the character join morph like in the killer I have no Idea where to find one can anyone help me with this?

Make a character like the morph you want to look 9make sure it's rigged up and NOT anchored) Name it "StarterCharacter" Put it in starterplayer now anybody who joins will be the character you choose
