How would i go about getting a players ip address within a server? [closed]

I'm trying to replicate a games menu hud. Its actually cod, and i was wondering if its allowed by rules, and if so how would i go about it, the ip is only shown to the player they're self, and isn't going to be viewed anywhere else, just for look
