Is the "Basic ROBLOX Lua Programming" still good?
I wanna learn how to script, this a good way to start and everyone now and then go to the Wiki?

Nope
I own the intermediate version of that book, and I would not recommend anyone using it. The information is outdated, the terminology is wrong, and the explanations are mediocre at best.
If you look at this blog post I wrote, scroll down near the end and I have a bunch of useful links for basic scripting tutorials.
