HTTPService Localhost and Proxy, what is it and how to use it?
What's an local server connecting to localhost
And how do I get a proxy link of a group that I want and what is it and how do I use it?
Any tutorials|Explanations will be appreciated.

"localhost" is the computer you are operating; your own computer. It equivalent to 127.0.0.1. "Home", if you will. Link150 1355 — 7y

I should first point out that in my answer to the previous question I was using a local server to verify your PHP script was working; you do not need to/cannot use a local server.
Secondly, the proxy I pointed you to has instructions on how to use it (replace http://roblox.com with rpxry.xyz). To be honest, I've never used a proxy before (I've never really done much with HttpService) but I imagine this one would be sufficient.
