how do i make a timer run even if the player is not in the game?

so basically if a play is in a game and he buys something and he cant buy another thing for 1 hour and he leaves but if he rejoins before 1 hour is finished he still wont be able to buy anything he will still need to wait what ever time is remaining. i was thinking of saving the time when play leaves the game but i am not sure if saving the time will run even if the player isnt the game.

any help appreciated Thank You.

You Could Use Data Persistence/Data Store And Have A Script Raise The Number Of Seconds In The Chart/Table Then Once It Reaches: 3600 (One Hour) Have A Script In The Gamepass, Tool Or Gui Or Whatever Check The Number Of Seconds So The Second It Turns 3600 Seconds The Gui Or Tool Will Be Destroyed Out Of His Backpack Or PlayerGui!
