Is It Possilbe To Make A Typing Effect On A TextLabel?

I've been curious of this, and just want to know if it's possible (those that do not know what I am talking about, it's what you see on the screen that flashes whenever your typing on the computer.) Would you use an ImageLabel to give the effect of typing and function to give a transparency effect to the typing effect, or is it impossible to do this? Thanks.

I've thought about this for different projects. I think that without knowing the actual dimensions of each character that can be entered, it's probably impossible to do what you want to do accurately patrline5599 150 — 7y

I'm not a professional scripter but I think I have some ideas for your problem. If I get this right, you're making a computer of some sort and Players can type on it, and you want the flashy bar thingy to be there? You could use function to change transparency of the Image like you said. Now I don't know if it's possible, as I'm only giving ideas... you could some how position the ImageLabel to follow where you're about to type.
