Why won't my Morph GUIs work properly?

I have researched this topic in many places but there have been no answers that were right. I made an attempt to try and use a pokemon GUI but even the morph GUI worked the moves did not. I have tried to make many morphs from scratch but they have all ended up as failures. Please help and thanks.
