How would I take into account GUI Rotation for a GUI Collision script?

I create a GUI element collision script that checks if the element is in the other one by looking at the size and position. The only thing is it doesn't account for rotation. Any ideas on how to implement this, I'm completely drawing a blank on how to do it.
