Where is the Roblox Development Console Gui and Script?
I would like to know the script for having that scroll bar that appears only when its needed. Does anyone know how to find the script or the gui?

The Developer Console script is located inside the Settings core script, which is located here within the official open-source ROBLOX CoreScript github repository.
