Where do I learn how to use animation?

I'm trying to learn more information on this

rs = game.Players.LocalPlayer.Character.Torso["Right Shoulder"]
rs.C0 = rs.C0 *CFrame.Angles(0,0,0) -- this is what I want to learn more about the "C0" Part Mainly it would mean alot if someone were to help :)
