I need help assigning teams?

I am making a prison game and I have 3 "teams". 1 being Wardens and I want my brother and I to only be wardens. How do I make it to where my brother and I are the only ones who can be wardens?

From the properties of the teams you would make it so everyone gets assigned in the teams that aren't the warden team, then you would make a script so if you're you or your brother (preferably by the Id), their player's TeamColor property is changed to the same colour of the Warden's TeamColor.
