How to have local BillBoard Guis?

Looked in the wiki, couldn't find the answer to my question.

In what method is making a BillBoardGUI be locally seen by a single player?

For Example

Call of Robloxia has green name labels over friendly players; but not enemies.

There is a property in the BillboardGui named "PlayerToHideFrom". I guess you could take a look at it in the wiki to see how it works.
