Could someone give a bit of help? It's a car brakelight

Hello Fellow Users! I know some nice fella here will help me ( im only 11) with my scripting. So it's a brakelight for a car. I know its gonna have something to do with velocity. I used a surface light.

I'm not sure how you cool people use that code thing so Im sorry but hopefully you'll understand.

if script.parent.parent.Velocity = 0, 0, 0 then script.parent.Enabled = true

btw the parent after script is surface light and the one after that is a part. I might find it out
