Light Script Help?

SO, I tried making scripts so the script inserts Lights onto all the parts of the world. I didn't succede. Please tell me how to completely remove the shadows via Script. Add light everywhere! (Not Global Shadows, just, light.) If InsertContent doesn't work for me, then how? Just asking for a script, not much
