Dialog not showing?

I have had problems with this for a bit, and every time you go to click on the dialog, nothing appears on the part. I have all of the response dialogs filled in, and even if they weren't filled in, the dialog would still appear. I disabled the script within it as well, and still it did not show. I also tried it on a separate part that was anchored, and it still did not work. I tried also with a separate unanchored part, and still no luck. Can anyone explain to me how to fix this?
