Any tips on Studio troubleshooting?

Asked by 8 years ago

I have a game which I can not publish because of an unknown reason. This problem does not occur with any of my other games. I have it saved on my desktop as a .rblx file, and when I open it I can open scripts and move the camera and it works just fine. It says that it successfully opened the fileI worked on it offline however I do not think that this is the case. Here is a list of thinks I tried to do: > Delete some things because maybe that was what was giving it trouble uploading, however I am thinking about me cutting the update into pieces as this is a very large update since I could not publish it online, and was publishing it on my PC > Saving it to my PC again although that didn't change anything since the file still has the same content > Publishing it a lot but it didn't work. > Anyways I cannot think of any other ways that I can fix this it just crashes when I click "publish to roblox as" if anyone can help and tell my some tips about troubleshooting toolbox studio that'll be great.

You may have saved the file with the wrong extension; try saving it as a .rbxl file instead
