How to make a disease thingy?

The Disease Thingy is like from the Roblox Plague. I want to know how to make the infecting part. I just need the behavior and the spreading. The behavior would be shooting of a rocket uncontrollably. I want a part that when you touch it, it gives you the infection. This would help me a lot.
