Game freezes when trying to enter?

Yes, I know this question doesn't involve scripting. However, I decided to ask you all since users here work in studio most of the time.

What's Wrong

When me, along with some other players, try to enter my game, it freezes on the start screen (where it says game name, creator, etc.) and I'm not sure why.

What I Attempted

I scanned my studio workspace and there's nothing unusual about it. I still couldn't join the game. I then tried on an alt account, and still couldn't join. However, some players could still enter the place while I and some others reportedly couldn't either.

Did anyone else ever experience this? Is there a way for me to fix this? What's causing this?

You guys are my last hope, and I hope you guys can help me and forgive me for not asking a question involving script!
