Is there a way to promote people in a group in game?
I was wondering if I could promote a player in a group when they reach a certain level is this possible and if so is there any code or wiki articles or even previous posts that can help me with this?

There is no direct way to do this in a script. You may be able to get around it with HTTP service and a proxy, but that would be out of my scope.

That's crazy, Docklands Police Department can promote people in-game without using group admin.
