Asked by 8 years ago

Can we just use the regular HTTPService to connet a bootstrap website to rblx.lua?

Bootstrap is pre-designed CSS, and CSS makes the style of a site. You can retrieve information from a website using the HTTPService if the owner allows it with their API. If you're trying to show a website page with HTTPService, I'm sure it's somewhat possible, to maybe get every pixel and make it into a GUI, but very difficult to do.

Given that GETing a website returns valid HTML (probably), you shouldn't have to per-pixel draw the website, just write an HTML->GUI parser. adark 5487 — 8y
