This isn't a very in depth question, but it is something I'm very curious about. I've been looking into the code of some uncopylocked ROBLOX places, and in almost every server script
I see a small section of code dedicated to a "game logic"
catagory.
Just wondering, what exactly is it? Isn't technically everything that's written in a program considered a part of it's logic? What separates that section of code from the rest?
Anyway, I know this probably has a very simple answer, but I couldn't help but ask since I can't find an official explanation anywhere else.
Game logic is the part of the script that 'runs', for lack of a better word. It's the logic of the script and it controls all of the fundamental parts of the game that the script is designed for. It is also the part of the script that always runs.
